as if
not in enough pain...

what statements made
by insane
acts of wickedness?

what gain's actually attained?

hatred,
intense or subtle

yes anger profound
is all that is felt by horrific tragedies
supposedly human yet demonically dealt.

proven,

hands of the wicked one
hold power,

control

this "god of this system of things"
grows bolder than bold

as blood of our young ones
is crazily splattered in these constant
brutal attacks

to the wicked spirits love doesn't matter
since their progeny lost in centuries back

when a flood took their seed
they experienced lack.

blinding minds
so 'truth' doesn't unfold

these wicked ones once God's sons
would rather mankind goad into chaos extreme

with sighing and groaning
with horrors and screams

to stifle all hopes
values

our visions for the future.

Hold fast to faith
not blind
by any means.

God's Kingdom has promised
earth violence to clean

wickedness to rid

eternal righteousness to glean.

"while we keep our eyes,
not on the things seen,

but on the things unseen.

For the things seen are temporary,

but the things unseen
are everlasting."

And the One seated on the throne said:

BELIEVED

i.

believed

I

once

swaddled
in silken comfort
cotton gauze

cleansed/rinsed
by paternal tears

feared

no longer
my promised daggle in smoky spheres beyond grief stricken gazes

hazy,

albeit heavily paid for future flights
glorious

ii.

horrendous

the gore

I

implored to see no more
insides oozed out.

They cried out
in vain

till no longer felt
pain

as my eyes stared forward

stalwart

remembering how to hack.
Each attack

remembering the blessings
robes promised.

No lack of honor upon my return.

I burn now in fiery guilt.

No comfort in patchwork quilts laid upon my tattered being

seen

their tears
fears

returned

iii.

my hope to mentally cope

dismantled
by mysterious themes.

No longer to dream of kites and clouds.

Beclouded the skies.

Still hear their screams.
Why pray out loud?

Who will hear?

Cloaks

steer us clear of heavenly birds
by actions crude though praiseworthy their words.

What righteousness in darkness kept?
Yes integrity died, or at least like the dead slept.

Absurd to believe
on man's capability
with greed from green paving the scene.

Poor men pinned to early death's disease.

Upon my knees I lean
as conscious unclean
bleeds and bleeds

yet my heart still pleads

"ease me
before I ease myself."

Resurrect hope back onto my shelf.

as doubts plague them.

they paid him.

Religion

Disastrous
tornado

all worshippers lose?

A picnic beach
with loving companions?

You choose

leaders
selfish

left curled/
confused?

Or

brain enlightened?

Heart
not abandoned after abused.

Religions proclaim
yes preach 'truth' <i>in practice</i>
or elaborate in speech?

If followed
what destination to reach?

Eternal destruction

or eternal life
under guidance of One

Do You Find Yourself “Enraged against the Almighty?”

When tuning into today’s news we are affected by worldwide adversities.

Do you feel like Abraham who once uttered these words regarding the Almighty: “Will the Judge of all the earth not do what is right?”” Genesis 18:25.

Actually, with that question, Abraham expressed confidence that Jehovah would render perfect justice in the case of Sodom and Gomorrah. Abraham was convinced that Jehovah would never act unjustly by “putting the righteous man to death with the wicked one.” Such an act was “unthinkable” to Abraham.

Some 400 years later, Jehovah said of himself: “The Rock, perfect is his activity, for all his ways are justice. A God of faithfulness who is never unjust; righteous and upright is he.”—Deut. 31:19; 32:4.

Yet, because of our imperfect view of matters or because we do not have all the facts our understanding of matters is oft times inaccurate or mistaken. “There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.” Prov. 14:12

So how can we develop the confidence of Abraham regarding the Creator?

Does not confidence come with knowledge?

Therefore, we must learn about our Creator and his wonderful qualities, thus gain the ability to prayerfully rely upon Him, become loyal to him, and thus prevent ourselves from ever becoming “enraged against Jehovah” for, “it is a man’s own foolishness that distorts his way“. Prov. 19:3.

However, “this means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ.” John 17:3.

Until “the conclusion of the system of things?”, we can not really expect to avoid all types of injustices. Matthew 24:3. . . But, rather than becoming bitter, should we not avoid negative speech, knowing that such speech only makes a bad situation worse?

And, rather than taking matters into our own hands resulting in more tragedies, wouldn’t it better if everyone were determined to be loyal and wait patiently on the Originator of our universe to correct matters?

Should we not work productively by living in harmony with his learned purpose and try applying basic principles “that were written beforehand were written for our instruction, so that through our endurance and through the comfort from the Scriptures we might have hope”? Romans 15:4.

Honestly, we know that dependence upon our Creator is not everyone’s desire. But it was foretold about our day: “Furthermore, the world is passing away and so is its desire, but the one who does the will of God remains forever.” 1 John 2:17.

Remains where?

“The righteous will possess the earth, and they will live forever on it.” Psalm 37:29. 

Yes!

“For evil men will be done away with, but those hoping in Jehovah will possess the earth. Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; you will look at where they were, and they will not be there. But the meek will possess the earth, and they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.” Psalm 37:9-11.

So don’t become bitter! Become hopeful.

Then you experience the fulfillment of this prophecy:

“I, Jehovah, am your God, The One teaching you to benefit yourself, The One guiding you in the way you should walk. If only you would pay attention to my commandments! Then your peace would become just like a river and your righteousness like the waves of the sea.” Isaiah 48:17, 18.
